SUIRO運営者 新宅 淳司（Atsushi Shintaku、以下「当方」）は、SUIROに関して取得する個人情報を、以下のとおり取り扱います。
1. 本アプリが取り扱う情報
アプリ内の記録
本アプリは、利用者が入力または選択した練習メニュー、練習結果、振り返り、プロフィール・競技情報、大会・目標・シーズンプラン、設定情報を端末上で取り扱います。
Apple Healthとの連携
Apple Healthへのアクセスを利用者が許可し、関連機能を使用した場合、本アプリは水泳ワークアウト、心拍数、水泳距離、ストローク数、安静時心拍数および心拍変動を読み取ります。Apple Watchで記録した水泳ワークアウトは、利用者の許可に基づきApple Healthへ保存します。
写真・文書の取込み
利用者が写真、カメラ画像またはPDFを選択した場合、本アプリはメニューや大会結果の入力候補を作成するため、端末上で文字認識処理を行います。元画像、認識した全文、氏名候補等は、利用者が保存を確定しない限りアプリの記録として保存しません。
お問い合わせ情報
お問い合わせの際には、氏名、メールアドレスおよびメッセージ内で任意に提供された情報を取得することがあります。
2. 利用目的
これらの情報は、練習メニューの作成・実行・記録・振り返り、Apple Watchとの同期、身体状態と個人の基準値との比較、実績カードの作成、データの書き出し・バックアップ・復元・削除、問い合わせ対応および不具合の調査・改善のために利用します。
3. 保存と外部への送信
現在の本アプリでは、練習、プロフィール、記録等の正本を利用者のiPhoneおよびApple Watchに保存し、当方が運営する独自サーバーへ自動送信しません。Apple Healthおよびペアリング済み端末間のWatch Connectivityとの連携は、Appleの仕組みを使用して端末上で行います。
バックアップ、書き出し、実績カードおよびサポート診断は、利用者が共有操作と保存先を明示的に選んだ場合だけアプリ外へ渡ります。Files、iCloud、Apple Health、共有先アプリ等に渡した情報には、各サービスの設定とポリシーが適用されます。
本サイトの配信および電子メールの送受信に伴い、ホスティング事業者またはメール事業者が、アクセス情報や問い合わせ情報をそのサービス提供に必要な範囲で処理することがあります。
4. HealthKit情報の取扱い
HealthKitから取得した健康・フィットネス情報を、広告、マーケティング、利用者プロファイリング、データ販売または第三者への販売に利用しません。本アプリは医療機器、診断または緊急サービスではありません。
5. 第三者提供
法令に基づく場合、利用者が共有先を選択した場合、またはご本人の同意がある場合を除き、当方が保有する個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。
6. 利用者による管理
利用者は、本アプリ内で対象データの確認、訂正、書き出し、バックアップおよびiPhone内データの削除を行えます。Apple Health、Apple Watch、Files、共有先等に保存済みの情報は、それぞれのアプリまたは設定から別途管理してください。Apple Healthのアクセス許可は、iPhoneの設定またはヘルスケアアプリからいつでも変更できます。
7. 安全管理
当方は、取り扱う情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失または毀損を防止するため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。暗号化バックアップを利用する場合、回復キーは利用者自身で安全に保管してください。
8. 開示・訂正・利用停止等
当方が保有する個人情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止または削除をご希望の場合は、法令に従い対応します。端末内だけに保存され当方が取得していない情報は、当方から直接操作できません。
9. 本ポリシーの改定
本ポリシーを改定する場合、改定内容と効力発生日を本サイトまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。情報の取扱いを実質的に変更する場合は、法令およびプラットフォームの要件に従い必要な対応を行います。
10. お問い合わせ窓口
個人情報の取扱いに関するお問い合わせは、support@suiro-swim.com までご連絡ください。健康値、練習内容、Apple Account、端末のシリアル番号、UDID、バックアップ回復キー等、問い合わせの解決に不要な情報は送信しないでください。

Information handled on your devices
SUIRO handles workout plans and results, reflections, athlete and competition profiles, goals, season plans, and settings that you enter or select. These records are stored on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
Apple Health
When you grant Apple Health access and use a related feature, SUIRO reads swimming workouts, heart rate, swimming distance, stroke count, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability. Swimming workouts recorded on Apple Watch are saved to Apple Health with your permission. HealthKit information is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or data sales.
Photo and document imports
Selected photos, camera images, and PDFs are processed on device to create workout or competition-result suggestions. The current app does not automatically send app records or selected documents to a SUIRO-operated server. Backups, exports, achievement cards, and support summaries leave the app only when you explicitly choose a sharing action and destination. Apple Health, Files, iCloud, email, and destination apps are governed by their respective settings and policies.
Managing your data
You can review, correct, export, back up, and delete applicable records in the app. Records already saved to Apple Health, Apple Watch, Files, or another destination must be managed separately. Apple Health access can be changed at any time in iPhone Settings or the Health app.
Support and service providers
We may receive your name, email address, and information you voluntarily include when you contact support. Website hosting and email providers may process access or inquiry information as needed to provide those services. Except where required by law, directed by your sharing action, or authorized by you, we do not disclose personal information we hold to third parties.

Do not send health values, workout details, an Apple Account, device serial number, UDID, backup recovery key, or other information that is unnecessary to resolve your inquiry.
